The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection is fining Sunoco $87,600 related to construction issues with the company’s Mariner East 2 pipeline project, reports USA Today. The newspaper says the fine stems from an alleged violation that impacted a wetland area in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
